The Wild West
I am off today to the Wild West of California. I will be staying with MarkO and family this evening and then we drive up north to Forsest Home for a 4 day retreat with the rest of the executive team at Youth Specialties.I have to admit that working with YS and helping in any way I can is always a treat to my schedule. They are a group of the most quality and brilliant people I have ever had the priviledge of knowing. I have been coaching and consulting with YS for over 2 years now and we have been through many bumps and events. I have seen the staff there weather the storm and come through the other end on fire.
This time around Doug the CEO of Zondervan (the new owners of YS) will be joining us on the retreat. I am excited as it is always good to have things change as it keeps us all alive.
